Albert Deblaye Violin

A good French violin by Albert Deblaye of Mirecourt. In excellent condition and sold with original receipt and sale certificate.

Labelled in the French manner "copie de Nicolaus Amatus".

Also labelled and signed by Deblaye.

Two piece back of well rippled maple, with ribs and neck of similar wood. Two piece spruce front of fine grain, broadening to the flanks. Nicely applied orange/brown varnish.
